Yalnuzov Law Office was one of the first legal partnerships established in Bulgaria following the collapse of the Communist regime in the 1990s. The firm acts predominantly for corporate entities and attracts a significant amount of work from international clients with commercial interests in the City of Varna. Internationally, we are best-known for our shipping law practice, whereas domestically we are considered among the national leaders for real estate, ADR and taxation work. A large proportion of our work relates to privatization projects and PPPs. The partners at the firm are experts in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
The firm maintains excellent links with most leading European and American shipping law practices.
